Good cosmetic condition; reset to factory defaults. Each unit includes power supply and cellular antennae. All units seem to power on and boot up normally - red light changes to green and cell/wifi lights blink green - but they're otherwise untested. If I had to guess, they're probably on AT&T. Listing is per unit; four available at the start of the listing.
