Please replace the ink sac and ink pad accessories regularlyThere may be air in the newly installed nozzle, so it will not print normally immediately. Only when the air inside is completely exhausted can the lines be normal; first, you can clean it intermittently (clean only 2 times at a time, then stop for 30 minutes and clean it 2 times again). If you clean it many times, it will cause ink accumulation in the cleaning pump, which will not only cause mixed colors and ink leakage, but also waste inkYou can also print more pictures to let the nozzle exhaust air while working;Note. Due to the characteristics of DTF ink and UV ink (they will precipitate), if the machine is not used for a long time, the ink will block the nozzle, causing it to be blocked. If the print head is blocked, it will be difficult to open the seal. Since the nozzle is expensive and there is no warranty, please cherish the maintenance of the nozzle, try to use the machine every day and check the nozzle normally.
