The Shanqiu Mini UPS (model FX 5-12-AC) is a compact battery backup that keeps small network and security devices running during a power outage. Your WiFi router and modem stay online, so you keep your internet connection when the power goes out.
It works with routers, modems, security cameras, phones, fax machines, printers, fingerprint recorders, and LED strip lights. The unit has a 5V USB output and 5V, 9V, and 12V DC outputs at up to 2A each, with a 30W maximum output. The DC outputs are center positive, so check your device's voltage and polarity before you connect it.
It takes 100-240V AC input and charges its built-in 37Wh lithium polymer battery in about 2 hours. The USB output also lets you charge a phone when you need it.
The aluminum alloy housing keeps it compact at 149 x 106 x 32 mm (5.9 x 4.2 x 1.3 in) and about 0.49 kg (1.1 lb), so it fits next to a router or inside a small equipment shelf.
