Important Notes

1.Do not bend or pull the wires near the glue-sealed area, otherwise the sensing function may fail.

2.When installing the module, do not over tighten the screws. Tighten them only enough to keep the module stable. Excessive force may create additional pressure on the strain gauge sensor, which can affect the auto-leveling trigger performance.

3.After installation, raise the Z-axis before powering on the printer for testing.

Use tweezers or another tool to gently tap the nozzle several times while observing the indicator light on the control board connected to the strain gauge module.

The indicator light should turn on when the nozzle is touched.

The indicator light should remain off when the nozzle is not being touched.

This indicates the strain gauge module is working properly.
