The 300-1971 Power Supply is supported in the following Sun Microsystems Servers:
Sun Fire X4600 (Codename: Galaxy 4U)
Sun Fire X4600 M2 (Codename: Galaxy 4F)
Manufacturer Notes:
Mixing 300-1971 and 300-2013 is not supported.
X4600 M2 configurations with 8-DIMM CPU modules require 950W power supply 300-2013.
The Sun Fire X4600 supports Four hot-swappable power supplies, redundant in 2+2 configuration; 120W processors only supported with 3+1 configuration (i.e. All power cords must be connected to same power source).
Some earlier rev E based product were shipped with 3+1 power support. (Power source 100-240 VAC - 50/60 Hz input)
