I had this built into my homelab NAS server for backups.It was working when I shut it off but it wouldn't power back up next time I needed it (several months later).No idea what could have happened to it--it was unplugged the whole time.Symptom is that the BMC power LED doesn't come on. Without the BMC the rest of the board doesn't power up.Seems like it could be a simple fix but it is beyond my skill.Was a beast of a home-server with 65Watt, 16-core hyper-threading XeonD, dual 10Gig NICs, dual 1Gig NICs, 6 onboard SATA and more.
