This module is a tool designed to be used in 10BASET and 100BASETX networks, the monitoring ports are J3, J4, only for receiving data.
1. Connect the Ethernet cable of the network to the J1 and J2 sockets of the module.
2. Connect the Ethernet cable to J3 or J4 of the Throwing Star LAN Tap to detect only one aspect of data communication per port.
3. Use software such as TCPDUMP or WIRESHARK to capture network communication data on the workstation.Package includes
