Vintage NEC PC-8050N (JB-1205M) Monochrome CRT Monitor Japan Untested Junk

For parts or not working

Up for sale is a vintage NEC PC-8050N (JB-1205M) Monochrome CRT Display Monitor, directly imported from Japan. This is a classic piece of Japanese retro computing history.

Condition Details:

• Functionality (UNTESTED / JUNK): This monitor is COMPLETELY UNTESTED. It is being sold strictly "AS-IS" as "Junk" for parts, repair, or as a display piece. There are no guarantees that it powers on or displays an image.

• Cosmetic Condition: The item shows significant signs of age and UV exposure. There is a very noticeable two-tone yellowing/discoloration (the front bezel is much darker/yellower than the rear casing). There are also visible scratches and scuffs, particularly on the top panel. Please review all photos carefully to judge the exact condition.

• Cables: Includes the attached AC power cord and a video input cable with a DIN-style connector (as pictured).

• Model: PC-8050N (JB-1205M)

• Type: Monochrome Display Monitor

• Power: AC100V, 50/60Hz, 25W

This monitor is built for the Japanese power grid (AC 100V). If your country uses 120V or 220-240V, you MUST use a step-down voltage converter/transformer before attempting to plug it in, otherwise you risk destroying the internal components.

CRT monitors are heavy and fragile. The item will be packed with extreme care, using abundant bubble wrap and strong cushioning materials to ensure safe international transit.
