Who you are buying from

We are a commercial IT and field-service company. This is surplus stock from our own projects — never installed, never put into service.

Shipping

We ship within 2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed over a weekend or a holiday go out on the next business day. Everything is packed to survive transit — double-boxed where it needs to be, and with the ports and connectors protected rather than loose in a carton. Tracking is uploaded as soon as the label is made, so you can see it moving.

Returns

30-day money-back guarantee. We check what we sell and we strive to ship good, working equipment. If it is not right for you, ship it back within 30 days and we will refund you in full. No restocking fee, and no argument. Return shipping is the buyer’s before you buy? Message us. If you need a photo of a specific port, label, or serial number, ask and we will take one — we would rather answer first than process a return later.
