The full stock PoE/PoE+ power capacity is retained with the 750W 48V supply, so the switch can still be loaded with standard 802.3af / 802.3at devices just as it could in its original configuration. This switch is intended for PoE, PoE+, and non-PoE devices only.Each switch is:
• ✅ Upgraded with brand new Mean Well RSP-750-48 (48V / 750W) and LRS-75-24 (24V / 75W) power supplies, preserving the switch’s original dual-rail power architecture.
• ✅ Rewired using PVC-insulated 18AWG wire and WAGO lever connectors.
• ✅ Voltage output and polarity verified with a multimeter after installation.
• ✅ Thoroughly tested for proper boot, Ethernet switching, PoE/PoE+ operation, daughterboard functionality, fan operation, and overall stability.
• ✅ Converted for added peace of mind. The original US-48-750W PSU is a known age-related failure point and can fail suddenly or develop unstable/incorrect output voltages, potentially causing immediate or progressive damage to the motherboard.
