Datafax (LInk Systems/All Easy Corporation) was an early cataloging and data management system developed for both Apple and IBM systems. This is the IBM version(IBM AT & XT machines) and includes the 3-ring binder of 256 pages of instructions for the original c. 1982 release, and also as separate bound paperback manual for the 4.0 edition c. 1986. A 5 1/4 inch floppy disk of software for the 4.0 version is included.
The manuals are in good condition. The 1986 version has some of my notes in red ink for the main points I stressed to my lab staff in using this system, which worked faithfully to catalog our research data for many years. (The most important note I wrote: "Always press F9 to close your file before exiting DATAFAX or turning off machine").
