Amdahl mainframe series 470 computer logic chips - MCC or multiple chip carrier. The early 1980's Amdahl computers have stacks of these MCC's that have multiple rows of 100-gate logic chips, made by Fujitsu, which were air-cooled and have gold-plated leads and cooling towers.
