• What phone systems does the Yealink T73W work with?
  The T73W is an open-standard SIP phone (SIP v1/v2, RFC 2543/3261) that registers to SIP-based IP PBX and hosted VoIP platforms, including 3CX, BroadSoft, and BroadWorks. It is not a Microsoft Teams or Zoom edition phone and requires a SIP service to place calls.
• What is the difference between the T73W and the T73U?
  Both have the same 2.8" color display, 12 SIP accounts, dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB port, and PoE. The T73W adds built-in dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0; the T73U has no built-in wireless and requires external dongles. The T74W steps up to a 4.3" display.
• How is the phone powered? Is a power adapter included?
  The T73W is powered by PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 2) from a PoE switch or injector. If you do not have PoE, a Yealink 5V/2A power adapter is required and is sold separately — it is not included.
