• Stiff & Strong: Composed of 80% PA and 20% Carbon Fibers, this filament offers exceptional stiffness and strength, ensuring outstanding layer adhesion.
• Industrial Engineering Applications: Ideal for creating durable models in various fields, including gears, screws, helmets, fan blades, toy car chassis, skateboard parts, and bicycle frames.
• Heat Resistance: Withstands temperatures up to 209°C, making it suitable for high-temperature applications like automobile exhaust pipes and pot handles.
• Not Compatible with AMS: Due to its brittleness, this filament is not recommended for use with AMS or multi-color systems.

Printing Settings:

• Nozzle Temperature: 270-290°C
• Bed Temperature: 50-70°C
• Print Speed: 50mm/s – 150mm/s
• Annealing: 80°C~130°C for 5-12 hours for enhanced heat resistance
• Bed Surface: Works well with a thin coat of PVA glue or Magigoo PA on almost any surface

Printing Tips:

• Drying Required: Recommended drying conditions are 80°C for 24 hours or 110°C for 4 hours.
• Abrasion Resistance: Use abrasion-resistant nozzles made of hardened steel when printing with copper spray to prevent wear.
