• 1 Load the Film

  Load the roll into your DTF printer with the coated (matte) side facing the printheads. Ensure the film feeds straight and tension is properly set to prevent misalignment.

• 2 Print Your Design

  Print using your DTF RIP software with the correct CMYKW color profiles. The 4-layer coating ensures precise ink absorption with no bleed or feathering across the full roll width.

• 3 Apply Powder

  While the ink is still wet, evenly apply Premium DTF Powder over the printed design. Shake off excess — the anti-static formula ensures powder bonds only where ink was deposited, keeping transparent areas clean.

• 4 Cure the Transfer

  Pass the film through your DTF dryer or curing oven at 230°–280°F until the powder is fully melted and the surface appears glossy and transparent.

• 5 Heat Press onto Garment
